At Steffie van den Akker Ceramics, we believe it’s important that you’re happy with your purchase. However, if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 14 calendar days of receipt. Below you'll find the conditions and procedure for returning your product.
Return Conditions:
* You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.
* The product must be returned undamaged, unused, and in its original condition (including the original packaging, if possible).
* Returns must be sent using a trackable shipping method for your own safety and efficient processing. We cannot take responsibility for loss or non-delivery without tracking.
* Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless otherwise stated.
* Returning is free when you deliver the product in person in Maastricht. Please make an appointment in advance via our contact form.
* Refunds of the purchase amount will be made within 14 days after receiving the returned product, provided the product is undamaged and in its original condition.
Return Procedure:
1. Register: Contact us via info@steffievandenakker.com to register your return.
2. Ship: Send the product back within 14 days of receipt, well-packaged, to the return address we provide. Make sure to use a trackable shipping method.
3. Tracking number: Send the tracking number of your return shipment to us via the email address you used to register the return.
4. Keep your proof of shipment: Keep the proof of shipment until your return has been processed.

Canceling Your Order:
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

Always use a trackable shipping method when returning your product. This ensures your safety and a smooth processing of your return. We cannot take responsibility for loss or non-delivery by the carrier without tracking. After shipping, send the tracking number to us via the email address used to register the return. Keep your proof of shipment until the return has been processed.
